Accompanied by Betterfly Tourism, a publisher of solutions adapted to tourism players who wish to make a concrete commitment to sustainable development, the score was qualified on the basis of 4 indicators:

- CO2 emission per customer

- Water consumption per customer

- Energy consumption per customer

- The share of organic or eco-labeled purchases
